Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Urban Logistics announces that on 17 December 2024 it completed the share buyback programme originally announced on 26 November 2024.
Over the course of the share buyback programme, 6,887,411 Ordinary Shares were repurchased for a total consideration of £7,442,134.59. All of the shares purchased in the programme have been held in treasury for later reissue or cancellation.
Following the Share Buyback Programme, the Company has 471,975,411 Ordinary Shares in issue and 6,887,411 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in the Company is 465,088,000 Ordinary Shares and this figure (465,088,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
