Multiple new contracts and contract extensions valued at c. £4 million

Includes further new contract for insourcing in Ireland valued at c. £1 million and new contract for physiotherapy valued at c. £0.25 million

Totally plc (AIM: TLY), a leading provider of frontline healthcare services, corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland has secured multiple new contracts and contract extensions for urgent and elective care services in England and Ireland.

The new insourcing contract for the delivery of ophthalmology outpatient clinics on behalf of Saolta Group of Hospitals (the "Saolta Group") will target the clinical assessment of patients at University Hospital Galway (UHG) and Sligo University Hospital (SUH) with all clinics delivered during weekends when hospital facilities are not otherwise in use.  The contract was awarded following a full competitive tender process and is valued at c. £1 million for services delivered during 2024.  Following this initial period, the contract may be extended to accommodate the assessment of further patients in 2025 subject to ongoing demand and budget availability.

Wendy Lawrence, Totally CEO stated: "Totally has worked with the Saolta Group since 2021, delivering services to around 8,000 patients each year as part of ongoing contracts.  This further new contract, the largest with Saolta Group to date, enables us to strengthen this relationship further whilst expanding the support we can give for the reduction of waiting lists in Ireland."

In addition to this new contract, Totally has secured a further new contract and two extensions totalling c. £3 million including a new contract for the provision of direct access MSK physiotherapy services in the South East, and contract extensions for the delivery of GP OOH in the North East and the provision of dermatology clinics in the North west of England.
