The following notifications are made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.
On 8 October 2024, the Company was notified that Philip Hulme, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on 7 October 2024, transferred 240,000 Ordinary Shares of 7 5/9 pence of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to the Hadley Trust [Registered Charity no.1064823] for nil consideration.
This transaction represented approximately 0.2% of the total number of voting rights in the Company. Following this transaction, Philip Hulme's beneficial holding is 8,426,695 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.75% of the total number of voting rights in the Company. The Hadley Trust's beneficial holding in the Company is 7,270,117 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.68% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.
Philip Hulme is a Trustee of The Hadley Trust.
