Directors' Dealings - grant of options and market purchase
Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces the grant of options to Ms Natasha Dinneen, Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Director of the Company, under the Company's employment share option plan ("ESOP"), as detailed below:

The options granted have a vesting period of two years, subject to continued employment, and an exercise period of ten years from vesting. Following this grant, Ms Natasha Dinneen has 300,000 of outstanding options.
On 13 November 2024, John Davis, CEO, purchased 71,367 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Following this transaction Mr Davis has a holding of 821,367 Ordinary Shares.
