Board Succession Update

Gear4music (Holdings) plc ("Gear4music", "the Company" or "the Group"), the largest UK based online retailer of musical instruments and music equipment, is pleased to confirm the appointments effective today of Neil Catto as Senior Independent Director ('SID') and Sharon Daly as Non-Executive Director, as previously disclosed.

In addition, Ken Ford (Non-Executive Chair) and Dean Murray (NED) have today stepped down from the Board after reaching the end of their nine-year tenure.

Neil Catto, CFO of Revolution Beauty Group Plc and former CFO of BooHoo Group plc, joins the board as SID, and Sharon Daly, NED of Warpaint London PLC and Brickability Group Plc, joins as NED.
