CHANGES TO DIRECTORS' ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Smith+Nephew (LSE: SN, NYSE: SNN), the global medical technology business, announces that Angie Risley has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 October 2024. She will remain as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee.

Ms Risley succeeds Marc Owen who will remain the Chair of the Compliance & Culture Committee, and a member of the Audit and Nomination & Governance Committees.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
