BOARD UPDATE

 

Further to the announcement on 1 May 2024, Alphawave IP Group plc announces that Paul Boudre, Susan Buttsworth, Victoria Hull and Rosalind Singleton, who served as Independent Non-Executive Directors since the Company's IPO in 2021, have retired from the Board of the Company with effect from 25 June 2024.

The Company extends its thanks to Paul, Susan, Victoria and Rosalind for their vision, hard work and dedication to Alphawave for the last three years. Their input has been invaluable, and the Company wishes them well for the future.

The Board also announces the appointment of Weili Dai as an Alternate Director to Sehat Sutardja, with effect from 25 June 2024.

Astrana Health, Inc. (NYSE: ASTH) Member of the Board of Directors, December 2021 to present.
