Pod Point, one of the UK's market leading providers of Electric Vehicle ("EV") charging solutions in the UK, announces that David Wolffe will today step down as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") but will continue to support the Company across a transition period as needed. David has contributed significantly to Pod Point's strategy, built a stronger finance function, and helped guide the business through a period of significant change.
David is succeeded by Mike Killick, who has been appointed to the Board as interim CFO for a period expected to be up to 18 months, after which a permanent appointment will be made. Mike is a chartered accountant and an experienced executive, having previously held senior financial and operational roles within several large businesses, including Restore plc, where he was interim CFO until January 2024. With strong experience in strategic financial planning, Mike will provide support to the Board and CEO as the Group continues with the execution of its Powering Up strategy.

This announcement is made pursuant to UKLR 6.4.6 of the UK Listing Rules. The following additional information is disclosed under the requirements of UKLR 6.4.8 of the UK Listing Rules in relation to Mike's appointment:
Until 27 February 2017 Mike was a Director of Brantano Retail Ltd, which subsequently entered into administration on 22 March 2017 before its dissolution on 22 June 2018.
