RS Group plc ("the Company") announces that Navneet Kapoor has advised the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Independent Non-Executive Director to focus on his executive commitments at A.P.Møller-Maersk A/S.  It has been agreed that Navneet Kapoor will leave the Board on 31 December 2024.

 

Navneet joined the Board in June 2022 and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

 

Baroness Rona Fairhead, Chair, said: "The Board thanks Navneet for the valuable contribution he has made to RS since his appointment. The Board understands his desire to commit more time to his executive role and wishes him well in his future endeavours."

 

Navneet Kapoor, said: "It has been a great privilege to serve on the Board of RS Group. It is a fantastic business with strong leadership and significant opportunities, and I wish the team every success into the future."
