Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business, announces that, following the completion of the all-share merger between Liberum Capital Limited and Panmure Gordon Group Limited, the Group has changed its Nominated Adviser and Broker to Panmure Liberum Limited with immediate effect.
