Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights
Team17, a leading global independent ("Indie") games developer and publisher of premium video games and apps, announces it has issued 45,057 new Ordinary Shares to cover options exercised by Mark Crawford. Following this exercise of options Mark Crawford does not hold any options over Ordinary Shares.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 45,057 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 21 November 2024.
Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Group's issued share capital will comprise of 145,848,677 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 145,848,677.
Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
