Total Voting Rights
Rosslyn (AIM: RDT), the provider of a leading cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform, announces that as at 31 October 2024, the Company has 68,707,425 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 68,707,425. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or there is a chance to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
