Firering Strategic Minerals plc, an emerging quicklime production and critical mineral exploration company, is pleased toto give notice that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Hill Dickinson LLP, The Broadgate Tower, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EW on 12 August 2024 at 9.00am BST. The Notice of AGM will be sent to shareholders and will be made available to download later today from the Company's website www.fireringplc.com.

Firering Strategic Minerals plc is a resource company listed on AIM, set to commence commissioning its significant quicklime project in Zambia in Q4 2024 to produce 600-800 tonnes of quicklime per day along with ancillary products.
