Notice of General Meeting

Artemis (ASX/AIM: ARV, FRA: ATY, US: ARTTF) announces that it has today posted notice of General Meeting and form of proxy to shareholders. The General Meeting will be held at 12pm Western Standard Time on 2 July 2024 at Level 2, 10 Ord Street, West Perth, WA 6005.

An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and form of proxy are also available on the Company's website: https://artemisresources.com.au/investor-centre/.

The resolutions will include, inter alia, certain resolutions to enable the allotment and Admission to trading on AIM of the 152,686,275 Second Tranche Placing Shares, and the issue of the warrants pursuant to the Placing announced on 10 May 2024.

A further announcement relating to the Admission of the Second Tranche Placing Shares will be made following the General Meeting.
