Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces that on 20 August 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the London Stock Exchange ('LSE') from Company's broker, Numis Securities Limited (trading as Deutsche Numis) and on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE') through BOCH's broker, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 25,905 will be cancelled.

These share purchases form part of the Company's intention to buy back up to €25 million of shares as part of the buyback programme announced on 19 April 2024 (the 'Programme').

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (including as it forms part of retained EU law in the United Kingdom ('UK') from time to time, including, where relevant, pursuant to the UK's European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), a detailed breakdown of individual trades made on 20 August 2024 as part of the Programme is scheduled to this announcement.
