Transaction in own shares
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("shares") from Numis Securities Limited ("Deutsche Numis") in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 2 May 2024 (the "Purchase"). The Purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by the Company on 23 September 2024, as announced on 24 September 2024. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company will hold 49,391,695 of its ordinary shares in treasury and have 687,143,484 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 687,143,484 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
