A P Systems has made no approach, says RedstoneConnect

RedstoneConnect issued a statement to the market on Friday, noting an announcement issued on Thursday afternoon by A P Systems Holdings over an initial approach to the directors of RedstoneConnect about a possible offer for the company.

The AIM-traded firm said they had not been approached by A P Systems Holdings, nor had they had any discussions with A P Systems Holdings and had not received an offer for the company.

“Shareholders of RedstoneConnect should take no further action,” the board said in a statement.
