Alpha FX name change held up by Companies House delays
Corporate financial specialist Alpha FX confirmed on Friday that it had submitted the relevant documentation for its change of name.
The AIM-traded firm added, however, that the change had not yet taken effect due to delays in processing at Companies House.
Shareholders approved the company’s proposal to change its name to Alpha Group International, and its ticker to ‘ALPH’, at a general meeting on 22 November.
At the time, the board said the change was expected to take effect on 5 December.
“The company will provide a further update as soon as the documents have been processed by Companies House,” the directors said on Friday.
At 1546 GMT, shares in Alpha FX Group were up 0.47% at 1,934p.
