Altus Strategies extends deadline for completing definitive documentation

Africa-focused exploration project generator Altus Strategies and Legend Gold Corp, together, announced on Tuesday the deadline extension for completion of definitive documentation for their tie-up from 14 November to 20 November.

The news emerged following the non-binding letter of intent signed by Altus and Legend on 10 October 2017, which stipulated the terms and conditions of Altus's acquisition of the entire issued and outstanding common shares of Legend.
