Arrow Exploration director Maria Charash resigns

Arrow Exploration announced on Friday that Maria Charash had resigned as a director, in order to pursue other opportunities.

The AIM-traded firm said Charash had been with the company since June 2021, and had played an “instrumental role” in its successful transition to a stock listed in London.

“We would like to thank Ms Charash for her many contributions to the company during her time on the Arrow board, and wish her success in her future endeavours,” the board said in its statement.

At 1301 GMT, shares in Arrow Exploration were down 3.58% at 18.56p.
