Employee productivity software developer BOS Global Holdings confirmed on Friday that IP Australia issued reports on its Australian patent applications 2017200601 for ‘Managing Activities Performed By Users’ and 2017200602 for ‘Verifying Time Based Services’, where all claims were considered to be novel, inventive and to constitute patentable subject matter.

The AIM-traded company said its patent attorneys advised that once formalities were addressed, the patent applications should proceed to acceptance.

It said both patents supported the commercialisation of BOS Global’s products BOS Time and BOS360 Work Patterns platform-as-a-service.

“This is a material event for the company and its shareholders and will fast track these acceptances in both UK and USA ahead of the launch of BOS Time and the BOS360 Work Patterns platform-as-a-service in May,” said managing director Michael Travia.
