Brave Bison announces £4m in contract wins and renewals
Digital advertising and technology services company Brave Bison announced around £4m in new contract wins and renewals on Monday.
The AIM-traded firm said Brave Bison Performance had extended its partnership with a national electricals retailer for an additional 24 months, with the contract expected to yield around £2m throughout its duration.
Brave Bison Commerce had meanwhile inked a deal with a Finnish homeware retailer, with the contract anticipated to generate approximately £1m in revenue over the 2023 and 2024 financial years.
Brave Bison Commerce also secured a contract with a Dutch car parts retailer, projected to be worth around £1m across the 2023 and 2024 years.
The board said its onboarding of two new customers and the extension of an existing customer’s contract provided confidence that it was on track to meet market expectations for the current year, targeting an adjusted profit before tax of £3.1m.
It added that it was well-positioned for continued growth into the 2024 financial year.
“Trading conditions have improved noticeably since the lull in the second quarter, and we are pleased to see Brave Bison’s differentiated proposition attracting the right kind of customer,” said chairman Oliver Green.
“All the contracts announced today are enterprise accounts with each customer generating revenues of between $1bn and $10bn, and we expect further growth in this area into the 2024 financial year.”
At 1340 GMT, shares in Brave Bison Group were up 13.77% at 1.74p.
