Brickability makes Mike Gant's CFO appointment permanent

Construction materials group Brickability made interim chief financial officer Mike Gant's appointment permanent on Friday, with Gant set to join the firm's board immediately.

Gant joined Brickability on 4 January from Walker Greenbank, where he had held the role of CFO since 2014. Prior to that, he served for five years as a finance director at Britvic Plc.

Chairman John Richards said: "I am delighted to welcome Mike to the board and the permanent role of chief financial officer. Mike has made a very positive contribution since joining and we look forward to working with him in the years ahead."

As of 0830 BST, Brickability shares were flat at 93.0p.
