Celadon's new finance chief to join later in January

Celadon Pharmaceuticals updated the market on the arrival of its new finance chief on Friday.

The AIM-traded cannabis-based medicines developer had announced the appointment of Jonathan Turner as its new chief financial officer on 1 November.

“[We are] pleased to announce that Jonathan Turner will formally join the company and be appointed to the board as chief financial officer on 17 January,” it said in its short statement on Thursday.

At 1537 GMT, shares in Celadon Pharmaceuticals were down 0.99% at 50.99p.
