Seemingly riding out the stormy financial markets with ease, small and mid-cap broker Cenkos has declared a second interim dividend as its financial results for the calendar year met their targets.

Despite tough market conditions causing rivals such as Panmure Gordon late last year to warn on profits and Daniel Stewart to be suspended, Cenkos said that it expected revenues and pre-tax profits would be in line with market expectations.

The board of directors said it had decided to declare a second interim dividend for the year of 6p per ordinary share.

This second payout will be paid on 24 March 2016 to all shareholders on the register at close of business on 26 February 2016.
