ClearStar partners up with talent acquisition tech firm iCIMS

Background screening technology and services provider ClearStar announced a partnership with cloud-based talent acquisition technology supplier iCIMS on Tuesday.

The AIM-traded firm said it now offered an integration of its mobile solutions for background screening and drug testing into the iCIMS Talent Platform.

It said the partnership offered a “seamless” transfer of candidate screening results from the ClearStar system into the iCIMS Talent Platform, where recruiters could access them from wherever they were and manage the hiring process from start to finish.

Three million jobs are reportedly posted, and 61 million applications completed, using the iCIMS Talent Platform each year.

“In today's increasingly mobile-dominant world, bringing background screening to the candidate, on their smartphone or tablet, is essential to securing the best talent for your team,” said ClearStar CEO Robert Vale.

“We are pleased to partner with iCIMS to achieve a seamless integration that empowers clients to quickly and completely screen candidates on the go.”
