Cohort scores £20m surveillance equipment contract
Independent technology group Cohort has won a new surveillance equipment contract valued at approximately £20m.
Cohort's wholly-owned subsidiary Chess Dynamics was awarded a two-year contract to supply surveillance equipment to an unnamed Northern European customer on Monday.
The AIM-listed company said delivery of the contract was expected to commence in the second half of its 2021 financial year.
Chief executive Andy Thomis said: "This contract further demonstrates Chess's technological leadership and ability to serve a diverse range of global customers.
"Together with other recent contract wins across the group, this announcement further demonstrates the visibility of our medium-term revenues."
As of 0935 BST, Cohort shares were up 6.54% at 554p.
