Conroy Gold agrees subscription to raise €210,000
Dublin-based gold exploration and development company Conroy Gold & Natural Resources has conditionally raised €0.2m, before expenses, to advance developments in Ireland.
Proceeds from the €0.30 per share subscription of 700,000 ordinary shares in the company were set to be put towards the advancement of Conroy's gold assets, primarily the Clontibret deposit and its deposit at Clay Lake, with additional exploration being planned at its interests along the Slieve Glah gold prospect and other targets within a 50km radius of the Armagh-Monaghan-Cavan gold belt.
The newly issued shares in the AIM-listed firm were expected to be admitted to trading on 2 October.
As of 0810 BST, shares had crept forward 1.59% to 32.00p.
