Custodian REIT issues new shares to meet investor demand

Custodian REIT, the UK commercial real estate investment company, said it had issued 600,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each to satisfy continued investor demand.

The new shares were issued today (Thursday) under its ordinary share block listing facility at 105.5 pence each raising £0.63m before costs and expenses.

Following this issue, Custodian's issued share capital will comprise 279,482,071 ordinary shares.
