Dalata completes £91m purchase of new London hotel

Dalata Hotel Group confirmed the completion of the acquisition of Hintergard on Thursday, giving it ownership of a new hotel in central London.
The AIM-traded firm had announced on 29 August that it was buying the entire issued share capital of Hintergard, which owns a 300-year leasehold interest on a hotel at Aldgate.
Total consideration for the transaction was set at £91m at the time of that announcement.
“The new 212 room hotel will be branded Clayton Hotel City of London and will open towards the end of this month,” the Dalata board said in its statement on Thursday.
