Gaming Realms on Friday signed a revenue-share agreement with TV production giant Endemol Shine's gaming arm for the distribution of an online game based on Noel Edmonds' Deal or No Deal programme.

The agreement will see the distribution of Deal or No Deal Slingo, which has been live on Gaming Realms' Slingo B2C sites for two years, expand to include the online gambling outfit’s network of B2B operators across the UK, EU and USA.

Patrick Southon, chief executive of Gaming Realms, said: "Combining our hit game Slingo with the excitement and suspense of Deal or No Deal has proven to be a great success. We are very pleased that we will now be able to offer the game across more platforms and territories, reaching a greater international audience."

The product could also see a boost in the US as the American Deal or No Deal show is returning to screens after a 10-year hiatus.

The game show has been commissioned in 83 territories worldwide, with 324 productions internationally.

Mark Woollard, commercial director at Endemol Shine Gaming, said: "The Deal or No Deal brand continues to entertain audiences all around the world, both on-air and through our off-air activations, such as our extensive global gaming programme. Deal or No Deal Slingo has been extremely well received and we are delighted to be extending our partnership with Gaming Realms."

Gaming Realms’ shares were down 0.48% at 5.18p at 0906 GMT.
