Directors dealings: Thor Mining's Johnson buys 0.5m shares to lift stake to 3.66%

Thor Mining non-executive director Paul Johnson waded into the market again on Monday, buying 0.5m shares in the company at 0.935p each.

Last week Johnson took part in Thor's placing to raise £0.46m. He now holds 15.5m shares, or 3.66% in the miner.

The net proceeds from the placing are to be used to accelerate and extend planned drilling at the Pilot Mountain tungsten project in Nevada, US, to expand its resource inventory.

Thor Mining will also use the funds to finance explorations work on the Big Sandy lithium project in Arizona, in which the company has a 25% stake, with the option to acquire the remaining 75% of the licence holder, US Lithium Pty Ltd.
