UK-based investment firm Drumz announced that its investee Acuity Risk Management has entered into a partnership with Tutela Solutions, a provider of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions based in Florida.

The AIM-traded firm said that under the agreement, Tutela would refer North American organisations seeking GRC solutions to Acuity's ‘STREAM’ integrated risk manager (IRM) platform.

It said the partnership would represent a step forward for Acuity, as it looked to expand its presence in North America - the world's largest GRC market.

Tutela is an established developer of GRC solutions, having completed more than 500 projects for over 135 clients.

“Acuity is growing strongly and is implementing a partnership strategy to build a bigger presence in the North American market for GRC solutions,” said Drumz chief executive officer Angus Forrest.

“This builds on the customer win announced in February and is a significant step to accelerate growth of revenues and customer numbers in the world’s largest market for risk management software.”

At 1444 GMT, shares in Drumz were flat at 0.68p.
