Flowtech Fluidpower raises £10m in accelerated bookbuild

Flowtech Fluidpower has successfully raised £10m at 120p a share in its now-closed accelerated bookbuild.

It said it would soon announce full details of the proposed placing and post a circular to shareholders containing these, along with convening a general meeting.

Flowtech is a specialist supplier of technical fluid power products.

At 10:51 GMT, shares in AIM-quoted Flowtech were flat at 124.12p.
