Forbidden Technologies names new chief operating and financial officer

Cloud video platform technology provider Forbidden Technologies has added Stephen White to its board to take on the newly created role of chief operating and financial officer.

Current finance director Jonathan Lees will step down from Forbidden's board on 2 April before leaving the group to pursue other opportunities after an appropriate handover period.

Chairman David Main said: "We are pleased to confirm that Stephen White is joining us in this newly created combined role."

Main noted that with growth in Forbidden's business, along with its "tight strategic direction" and strong team, White will add "a real focus on superb execution and delivery" against the AIM-listed outfit's plans.

"We thank Jonathan Lees for his strong contribution to the business as finance director," added Main.

As of 1000 GMT, Forbidden shares had slipped 3.65% to 6.60p.
