Satellite communications equipment provider Global Invacom Group announced on Monday that its US subsidiary Raven Antenna Systems, previously trading as Skyware Global, has been rebranded Global Skyware.

The AIM and Singapore Exchange-traded firm said the rebranding, including a new trading name, logo and slogan, will bring the business in line with Global Invacom's wider brand, providing consistency across all areas of the group.

It said Global Skyware is a leading designer and supplier of satellite antennas, products and services for C-band, Ku-band and Ka-band frequency platforms.

Global Invacom acquired the business in August 2015.

“The rebranding is an important step in integrating Skyware into the group,” said executive chairman Tony Taylor.

“The move will clarify to customers and suppliers of Global Skyware - both current and future - that the group is a single entity which is able to provide all their satellite ground equipment requirements.

“We hope this further demonstrates that our businesses can offer the total product solution.”
