i3 Energy announces £2.04m dividend for May

Independent oil and gas company i3 Energy announced its monthly dividend for May on Wednesday, totalling £2.04m.
The AIM-traded firm said the dividend would be 0.171p per share, and would be paid to shareholders on 12 May.
It confirmed that the ex-dividend date was set for 20 April, and the record date was set for 21 April.
“Payment to shareholders holding their shares on the TSX will be made in Canadian dollars using the exchange rate from the Bank of England at close on the dividend announcement date, 12 April,” the board said in its statement.
At 1149 BST, shares in i3 Energy were up 0.72% at 20.35p.
