Inspiration Health told shareholders on Friday that it had continued to trade at "satisfactory levels" throughout the first half of its trading year.
The AIM-listed medical device company anticipates that its results for the six months leading to 31 July will be in line with its expectations when it publishes them on 2 October.
Inspiration renewed its long-term distribution contracts with TecCom GmbH and infusion pump manufacturers Micrel Medical Devices SA back in July.
The company has been the exclusive distributor of TecCom products, including the Tecotherm Neo product which is used to cool and warm babies in neonatal intensive care settings, for over 11 years.
Meanwhile, Micrel's infusion pump products are used in a wide range of infusion therapies including parenteral feeding, post-operative pain management, regional analgesia, chemotherapy and a range of other applications.
Chief executive Neil Campbell said: "We have worked successfully with both these companies for many years and are delighted to have been able to extend the relationship for future years."
At 1050 BST, Inspiration shares were up 1.57% to 62p.
