Digital identity, credential management and secure mobility specialist Intercede announced on Monday that the sale of one of its UK properties completed on 5 April.

The AIM-traded firm said the property was no longer required following its change in strategy, which it outlined in its 2018 annual report.

It said the sale resulted in net proceeds of £0.42m, and a profit on disposal of £0.05m.

“Further detail will be provided within Intercede's final results, which are expected to be published in June,” the Intercede board said in its statement.
