Kingswood Holdings snaps up finance veteran Patrick Goulding
Integrated wealth management group Kingswood Holdings announced on Tuesday that Patrick Goulding had joined its board as group finance director.
The AIM-traded firm said Goulding would head its finance function, as well as overseeing the group's operations.
It said he is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in the global financial services industry, in both a financial and operational capacity.
Goulding’s experience included senior roles at Morgan Stanley, Lend Lease, ING and Schroders in the US, Australia and Europe, Kingswood’s board claimed.
He was joining from Ardmore Partners - an independent consultancy he founded in 2016 to provide strategic advice and tactical support to investments managers, service providers and investors seeking to enhance their business platforms and capabilities.
From 2014 to 2015, Goulding was chief financial officer of Global Net Lease - an NYSE-listed real estate company.
Prior to that, he was a managing director at Morgan Stanley's global real estate investment business, serving as global head of real estate finance and portfolio management.
“We are delighted that Patrick has joined the Board. His considerable experience in the international financial services industry will be invaluable as we aim to grow both organically and dynamically by acquisition in the UK and US,” said Kingswood chairman Buzz West.
“The board looks forward to working with him.”
