Kurtis Hooley steps down as Nighthawk CFO
US-focussed oil development and production company Nighthawk Energy announced on Wednesday that Kurtis Hooley has tendered his resignation as its chief financial officer and corporate secretary, effective 16 March, in order to pursue a new opportunity.
The AIM-traded firm said it would start the search for a replacement, and would make an announcement in due course.
Hooley would be available to assist in the transition of responsibilities, the board confirmed in its short statement.
“We would like to thank Kurtis for his efforts over the last two years, and wish him well in his new endeavours,” said Nighthawk chairman Rick McCullough.
