Lekoil chief financial officer Lisa Mitchell resigns
Exploration and development company Lekoil said on Friday that chief financial officer Lisa Mitchell has chosen to stand down from the group.
Mitchell, who joined Lekoil in October 2017, will stay with the AIM-listed firm until the publication of its annual report and accounts for the financial year ended December 2018.
Greg Eckersley, formerly of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, will take on the role of interim CFO as Lekoil looks to identify candidates to replace Mitchell on a permanent basis.
Chairman Samuel Adegboyega said: "The entire board would like to thank Lisa for her service to Lekoil to date and wishes her well in her future career. The board would also like to thank Greg for accepting the position of interim chief financial officer."
At 0915 BST, Lekoil shares were down 7.59% to 5.72p.
