Management Resource Solutions to hold general meeting on Bachmann deal

Management Resource Solutions will hold a general meeting on 28 January to approve the proposed acquisition of Bachmann Plant Hire.

The AIM-listed consultancy group said on the basis that the deal is approved at the meeting, the ordinary share capital of the company will be effectively cancelled and readmitted to trading on AIM with effect from Monday 1 February, in accordance with AIM rules.

“As the issued share capital of the company is not being increased or reduced as a result of the acquisition of Bachmann there are no practical implications to shareholders from the readmission process,” it said.

At 1247 GMT, Management Resource shares were up 17% to 23.25p.
