Medilink-Global UK Ltd to proceed with cancelling shares on AIM
Shares in Medilink-Global UK Ltd dived almost a third as its board of directors decided to proceed with cancelling the company's AIM-listed shares.
"On 9 November 2016, the company announced that one of its major shareholders had indicated that it would not be supportive of the cancellation, however, the directors understand that this is no longer the case," said Medilink-Global UK Ltd.
The electronic health card network service provider added that directors considered it was in the best interest of shareholders for the company to seek cancellation.
At 12:51 BST, shares in AIM-quoted Medilink-Global UK Ltd were down 30% to 0.88p each.
