Metal Tiger, Sprott extend private placement deadline

Natural resources investing company Metal Tiger announced on Tuesday that, further to its announcements on 28 and 29 March relating to the Sprott Private Placement Offering, Sprott and Metal Tiger had mutually agreed to extend the closing date to 20 April from 17 April.

The AIM-traded firm said shareholders should note that the offering remained conditional on certain conditions being met before the closing date of 20 April.

“If these conditions are not met by the closing date, the offering may not occur and Metal Tiger may not raise the £4.29m,” it said in its statement.

“The closing date may be changed upon mutual agreement of Sprott and Metal Tiger.”
