Mobile content and data company Mobile Streams has signed a major contract with Tappit Technologies UK for the use of its ‘Streams’ data platform, it announced on Monday.

The AIM-traded firm said the deal would be worth up to £0.48m over four years, with a minimum £10,000 per month for at least six months.

It said it would increase revenue for Streams to an estimated £35,000 per month, making for an increase of about 300% since December.

“We are extremely pleased to be able to announce this major contract,” said non-executive director Nigel Burton.

“This is another important enterprise client win for the Streams data business, which has shown exceptional growth since the start of the year.

“We look forward to working closely with Tappit.”

At 1459 BST, shares in Mobile Streams were down 1.61% at 0.25p.
