Noida Toll Bridge saw revenues and profits shrink in the third quarter after October's court ruling to stop it collecting a user fee.

NTBC reported income from operations of 791.4m Indian rupees for the nine-month period to December 31 from 972.6m rupees the year before, with profit before tax of INR172.1m compared to INR455.1m.

The 26 October ruling is being appealed by the company.

The Delhi Noida Toll Bridge is a tolled facility connecting Noida to South Delhi across the Yamuna river, with the company's main business being the operation of the bridge and its revenues mainly generated through the levy of toll charges on users of the bridge.
