Origo Partners offloads stake in Kincora Copper

Origo Partners has sold its entire investment in Kincora Copper for net proceeds of CAD 2.02m, it announced on Tuesday.

The AIM-traded firm said the sale price represented the market price for the investment as at the date the sale was agreed.

“Origo Partners expects to use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes,” the board said in its short statement.

Kincora Copper trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.
