UK-based cyber security software provider Osirium Technologies announced on Monday that it had been included in the list of ‘cool vendors’ in the Cool Vendors in Identity and Fraud Management 2017 report by Gartner.

The AIM-traded company’s chief executive officer David Guyatt said the company believed being included in Gartner's Cool Vendor report was “very significant” for the business.

“Also, we feel seeing Osirium's PAM platform evaluated in this report demonstrates the team’s dedication and innovative approach in breaking through the cyber security news flow with a really exciting niche,” he explained.

“For us, this is a company-wide achievement and we will certainly be enjoying the attention and benefits of becoming a ‘cool vendor’."

Osirium confirmed it would again be a part of Infosecurity Europe 2017 at Olympia London from 6-8 June, which it described as “the most important and largest” cyber security event of the year.
