Paragon Entertainment scores Kidzania Abu Dhabi fit-out contract

Attractions design, production and fit-out business Paragon Entertainment on Tuesday confirmed that it has been appointed to work on Emaar Entertainment’s KidZania attraction in Abu Dhabi.

The AIM-traded company has been commissioned by Emaar through INC, with whom Paragon worked on the recently opened Dig It! Project in Dubai which was the company’s first bespoke designed and developed in-house Product.

Paragon will conduct specialist fit out scope work on the Abu Dhabi KidZania project and has predicted a completion date of early 2019.

KidZania attractions are interactive city play-places for children between the ages of 1 and 14, with 24 franchises currently open in cities such as London, Tokyo and Moscow.

Developments are ongoing for 12 new franchises in locations such as New York, Paris and Guadalajara.

As of 1346 BST, Paragon Entertainment’s shares were up 7.32% at 1.10p.
